VC-25A/B (B747-200/8i) Pilot and Flight Engineer Training (VC-25A) Pilot Training (VC-25B) Sources Sought

The U.S. Department of Defense, through the 763 ESS at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, has issued a sources sought notice under solicitation number FA4452-26-VC25-SS to identify capable large and small businesses registered in SAM.gov, including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone firms, Certified 8(a) concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses, to provide flight training for VC-25A and VC-25B (Boeing 747-200/8i) flight crews. The requirement encompasses initial and refresher training for pilots and flight engineers, additional simulator time, and simulator position fill-ins, with training to be conducted at the contractor’s facility.
