Vehicle for US Consulate Recife

The American Consulate Recife, under the Department of State, is soliciting proposals for the procurement of one black SUV-style Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) for U.S. Mission Brazil. The vehicle is intended for security incidents, medical evacuations, and critical mission operations, requiring a minimum capacity for two crew members and two patients or casualties with individual seatbelts. Key technical requirements include the integration of emergency lighting, siren systems, and medical response compartment equipment mounts. The vehicle must be delivered to the U.S. Mission Brazil Motor Pool facility at the Consulate General Recife or another designated location. Proposals must be submitted by September 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM Brasilia time. Evaluation will be based on compliance with specifications, the reliability of the vehicle and emergency equipment, delivery timelines, warranty and maintenance support, and the availability of parts and service in Recife and Brasilia. Eligible vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and provide proof of registration with their submission. The vehicle must include a manufacturer's warranty of at least 36 months or 36,000 miles. Payment will be processed via Electronic Fund Transfer within 30 days of delivery and receipt of a complete payment package, in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act.
