This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6399-22-LK65/A dated 2022-09-12 with a closing of 2022-10-24 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a qualified service provider with resources, instructor and personnel to support the provision of Vertical Wind Tunnel (VWT) training facility for Canadian Armed Forces members to conduct freefall (FF) parachuting simulation training.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
