The scope of work includes the supply and installation of durable office furniture for private and shared offices, a conference room, a break room, and reception areas. The City will utilize a two-step evaluation process to determine the award based on the best overall value, considering technical quality, product suitability, warranty, and service support alongside cost. Technical scoring is conducted first, followed by a cost evaluation weighted at 25 points. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. PT on November 12, 2026, and must include a signed cover letter, a detailed furniture schedule, and a pricing form submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
