10-Miler Audio/Visual
Solicitation # FA252126QB111
Solicitation FA252126QB111 is a 100% small business set-aside for a firm-fixed price contract to provide audio and visual services for the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The contractor is responsible for providing and operating high-quality outdoor audio systems, wireless microphones, video screens for safety, and a 20x10 stage at the start line on Titan III Road and the finish line on Lighthouse Road. The scope of work includes providing an offline system with a government-approved playlist and ensuring all equipment is tested by 0500 on race day. The contract structure consists of a base year with four potential one-year options extending through 2029. Award will be based on the most advantageous offer considering price, technical performance, delivery timeline, and past performance, though the lowest price is not guaranteed to be selected. Contractors must provide their own power solutions, as the government does not provide utilities, and gas-powered generators are prohibited in Hangar C. Payments will be processed electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow. Offers must be submitted via email to the designated contract specialist and must include the offeror's Unique Entity Identifier and a statement of agreement with all solicitation terms.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES: The FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia has a twofold mission: to lead and inspire, through excellence in training and research, the education and development of FBI employees and the criminal justice community, and to influence change and forge partnerships that ensure the safety and security of the citizens of the United States and the world. To that end, the Creative Media Development Unit (CMDU) has a requirement to produce instructional media, live multicast events, animations, and other multi-media materials in order to accomplish this mission. The FBI requires commercial services to provide additional technical production staff, actors, voice talent, equipment, set design and construction, web-hosting services, and other related video production and post-production services as needed. The types of productions that may need support could be instructional videos, live multicast events, demonstration videos, scenarios, and other videos that may support classroom instruction. The support requests may be small, medium, or large, requiring anywhere from one day to several months to complete. Both parties must agree upon the basis and requirements of each specific task before work begins. NOTE: Attachment 1 - Video Production Labor Catergories is a list of potential labor catergories that could be required at any time at the Call Order level. The Government's intention is to award a single award BPA with a one (1) year base period and five (5) exercisable option years. Multiple Call Orders will be cut from the awarded BPA as needed.

Hangar Space, Billings Montana
Solicitation # MT-27-0001
The Department of Justice, through the FBI Redstone Arsenal, is soliciting proposals for the lease of a heated hangar space in Billings, Montana. The required facility must be between 8,000 and 10,000 square feet, feature entry control, and be located either on the Billings Logan International Airport or within a one-mile radius. The lease structure consists of an initial full term of five years, with an initial firm term of three years and a 90-day termination right for the non-firm term. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror providing the lowest priced technically acceptable offer, evaluated via a two-step process. In the first step, the government identifies the lowest priced responsive offer; in the second step, the selected offeror must undergo due diligence, which includes submitting additional documentation, providing evidence of funding commitments, and potentially hosting a physical building tour. HUBZone small business concerns may receive a price evaluation preference unless waived. Key requirements include compliance with local zoning laws, adherence to seismic safety standards, and meeting National Environmental Policy Act and National Historic Preservation Act requirements. Offerors must provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment if applicable, and any new construction must achieve an ENERGY STAR label within 18 months of occupancy. Security countermeasures must be installed and their costs amortized into the rent as Building Specific Amortized Capital. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the RSAP portal by October 23, 2026, and must include FBI Form 1364 and FBI Form 1217.
