The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has a requirement for the provision of virtual individual part-time and full-time language training services across the 4 OSFI offices (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver) covering two time zones. It is intended to result in the award of up to five (5) contracts for 1 (one) year for the initial period, plus 5 (five) irrevocable option(s), allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s) by one-year each.
Please note that OSFI anticipates that the potential value of each contract awarded could reach a maximum of $3,750,000.00 over the total contract period, including all optional periods.
OSFI intends to award up to five contracts, each valued at up to $1 million for the initial period (conditional on funding available). If fewer than five proposals are successful, the available funding may be distributed proportionally among the successful bidders. The actual value of the contracts may vary based on OSFI’s demand and available funding, therefore this should not be construed as a guarantee of work.
