W065--ENT SCOPE LEASE- RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the 245-NETWORK Contract Office 5 in Linthicum, Maryland, is seeking qualified vendors to lease twenty-four flexible video rhino-laryngoscopes and five video system towers along with supporting equipment and image management software for the Baltimore VAMC facility. The solicitation, numbered 36C24526Q0625 and issued under Standard Form 1449, is a combined commercial solicitation with a small business set-aside and prioritizes certified service-disabled veteran-owned and veteran-owned small businesses. The base contract period runs from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions through July 31, 2029, subject to written notice within 60 days prior to each option period. The total extension period cannot exceed six months. All equipment must be delivered FOB destination to the Baltimore VAMC within 30 days of award and remain fully operational for the life of the contract, including maintenance, repair, and transport services without caps.
