All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-07-22 at 14.00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14.00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the following: A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various sized passenger motor coaches / highway cruisers (40 passenger and above), with operators on an “if and as requested” basis, is required by the Department of National Defence (DND); 41 Canadian Brigade Group (41 CBG), Calgary, Alberta, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The Period of the Standing offer will be from October 1, 2024, to September 30 2025, with two, one-year option periods.
