Separate sealed BIDS for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements consisting of construction of one new wetland lagoon cell with approximately 15,000 C.Y. of Cut (raw) and 9,200 C.Y. Fill (raw), installation of riprap (approximately 1,052 tons), 470 LF of 6” Class 200 PVC force main piping, 930 LF of 8” SDR 35 PVC transfer piping, miscellaneous intake, transfer, and discharge structures, new fencing, seeding, and miscellaneous appurtenances will be received by the City of Bentley at City Hall, 150 S. Wichita Ave., Bentley, KS 67016 until 2:00 PM (Central Time) on September 10, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.

Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject all bids.
Each Bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
This project is funded in whole or in part by the KDHE State Revolving Loan Fund program. Associated certifications and the completion of other documents will be required for the successful completion of the project. All bidders are required to comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations as stated in the bid documents.
All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000 shall comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act Section 319 of Public Law 101-121 and file an Anti-Lobbying Certification form, and the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, if required, to the next tier above.
