Separate sealed BIDS for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements consisting of construction of one new wetland lagoon cell with approximately 15,000 C.Y. of Cut (raw) and 9,200 C.Y. Fill (raw), installation of riprap (approximately 1,052 tons), 470 LF of 6” Class 200 PVC force main piping, 930 LF of 8” SDR 35 PVC transfer piping, miscellaneous intake, transfer, and discharge structures, new fencing, seeding, and miscellaneous appurtenances will be received by the City of Bentley at City Hall, 150 S. Wichita Ave., Bentley, KS 67016 until 2:00 PM (Central Time) on September 18, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Schwab Eaton, 101 S. Mill St., Beloit, Kansas 67420. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.
