Wastewater Treatment Plant Intensification Study

The City of Conroe is soliciting qualifications from professional consulting firms to perform a comprehensive intensification study of the Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2400 Sgt. Ed Holcomb Blvd South, Conroe, Texas. The primary objective is to evaluate the facility's existing condition, treatment performance, and hydraulic limitations to identify process improvements and capacity expansion options. The contract requires commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of 1,000,000 dollars per occurrence.
