Water Blast System Service, Repair, & Training

The contract pertains to a sole-source, firm-fixed-price service agreement for annual maintenance, repair, and training services related to CESCO water blast systems at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The contractor must provide a detailed work plan prior to each service visit, maintain 100% quality acceptance for critical tasks, and ensure full compliance with security protocols, including Personal Identity Verification (FAR 52.204-9), NCIC-III and Terrorist Screening Database checks for non-CAC holders, mandatory AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC awareness trainings within 30 days of contract start, and annual refresher training.
