The Indian Health Service is conducting a Sources Sought/Request for Information under FAR Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 15.101 to identify qualified vendors, particularly small and socioeconomically disadvantaged businesses, for the development and deployment of a Web-based Environmental Health Reporting System (Web-EHRS). This pre-solicitation effort targets firms with proven experience in environmental and public health technology, emphasizing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platform customization to meet IHS-specific needs. Respondents must demonstrate technical competency in configuring systems for nationwide use by approximately 250 environmental health specialists, integrating FDA Food Code 2022 Form 3a templates, developing a Risk Registry Module engine, enabling mobile and offline data collection, ensuring FedRAMP authorization, supporting PIV-compatible authentication, and providing secure, role-based access with audit logging.
