This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by Department of Justice (DOJ) Request for Offers (RFO) deviation guidance and the additional information contained in this notice.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for a Web of Science Subscription Service or equal.
The anticipated award will consist of one (1) twelve-month base period beginning on the date of contract award.
