It is the intention of the WCBOC to employ the Construction Firm At-Risk to provide the expertise, resources and personnel experience in project planning, cost management, project control, pre-construction and construction techniques, value-engineering analysis, scheduling and quality assurance throughout the planning and construction phases of the project.
