Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment Program

The Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment Program is designed to deliver essential employment services, including job training, placement, and English language instruction, to individuals receiving Refugee Cash Assistance in select states where the Refugee Support Services program will cease operations beginning in FY 2027. This initiative ensures compliance with the Immigration and Nationality Act by maintaining access to federally mandated services for refugees during the first 36 months after their arrival in the United States or the commencement of their ORR-eligible status. Funding will be provided directly to approved applicants or through subawards to support the delivery of these critical services, with specific geographic eligibility details to be outlined in the upcoming Notice of Funding Opportunity.
