The scope of work includes constructing the fence along designated roads and bunker clusters, incorporating vehicle-rated lockable swing gates and related accessories. To ensure ease of maintenance and inspection while avoiding environmental impacts, cultural sites, and unexploded ordnance, the fencing will be placed along previously disturbed corridors. The contract is issued by Navfac Marianas under the Department of the Navy and is designated as a HUBZone set-aside. To maintain high security standards, the design minimizes the number of gates to reduce the requirement for locks and keys. Additionally, construction guidelines recommend removing carabao from the interior of the fenced area during installation to prevent future structural damage.
