This procurement is a Request for Quotation for a Work Platform (RF-2204) to be manufactured in accordance with Drawing 2370-2204 (Rev G) for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) using NAICS code 532490. Access to the technical drawing is strictly controlled under Distribution Statement D, permitting access only to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors who are registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP); vendors must submit a copy of their approved DD Form 2345 to Ina Nason at ina.nason.civ@us.navy.mil to receive the restricted drawing via DoD SAFE.
