This solicitation seeks a single work platform, designated RF-2204, manufactured in strict accordance with Drawing 2370-2204, Revision G, for use at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 532490, restricting eligibility to small business concerns. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must demonstrate technical acceptability by providing documentation that proves their capability to meet the Statement of Work, including procedures and technical details. Pricing must be submitted for all line items, with freight costs included in CLIN 0001, and the award will follow the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, though the Contracting Officer may prioritize the vendor capable of the soonest execution.
