Request complete A-E design services (drawings and specifications) for the following: Constructing a Native Hawaiian reburial structure on Marine Corp Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. Hazmat testing and Soil Boring Testing for geotechnical on structural foundation design shall be included in design. This structure shall include, but not limited to, a concrete accessible walkway from an adjacent parking lot's accessible stall to this site structure; moss rock/stone wall construction; stone rip-rap surfaces; lighting; security fencing/gate; burial vaults; site grading and drainage; landscaping; sitting benches; columbariums for remains, signage and memorial plaque(s). Areas affected by this structure shall be in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations, involving but not limited to ADA accessibility, ATFP, fire protection, seismic, ASHRAE, OSHA and sustainability (as required) upon completion of the project. The reburial structure design shall be similar to the existing Native Hawaiian Burial Iwi structure in Waikiki, Honolulu, O'ahu.
