Wrestling Mats for Gloucester High School

The County of Gloucester, on behalf of Gloucester County Public Schools, is soliciting competitive quotations under solicitation IQ 27-009-CJ for the purchase and delivery of four new wrestling mats for Gloucester High School. The requirement consists of two red mats with black markings and two black mats with red markings, all measuring 38' x 38' x 1-5/8''. The mats must be constructed from high-density, impact-absorbing foam with a nonabrasive, nonporous, moisture-resistant surface and feature a roll-up design for storage. All products must comply with National Federation of State High School Associations requirements and be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Gloucester, Virginia. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the grand total of the firm fixed price, which must include all freight, handling, and packaging costs.
