WRSU - Fluent Pro System

This solicitation, identified as RFQ-26-PHX-028, is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items issued under Subpart 12.6 for the procurement of one Fluent Pro Fluid Management System, model FLT-200, for the Whiteriver Service Unit under the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service of the Department of Health and Human Services. The requirement is exclusively set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), meaning only American Indian and Alaska Native small businesses that meet the size standards of 13 CFR Part 121 are eligible to respond. Invoicing must be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), as required by HHSAR 352.232-71 and OMB M-15-19, and payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer through SAM as specified in FAR 52.232-33. The place of performance is Whiteriver, Arizona, and quotes are due by June 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
