The primary objective is to create a comprehensive human interactome hypercatalog capturing over 10 million new interactions, shifting from static biomarkers to dynamic, context-aware interactomes. The utility of this capability will be demonstrated by identifying novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets for traumatic brain injury. Awards will be issued as Other Transaction (OT) for Research agreements with fixed, payable milestones. The program is structured in two phases, with Phase 1 estimated at 12 months and Phase 2 anticipated at 18 months, though current awards are limited to Phase 1. Proposers, including large and small businesses, universities, and research institutions, must submit a maximum six-page unclassified abstract via the Broad Agency Announcement Tool by November 5, 2026, to be considered for an Oral Proposal Package due December 11, 2026.
