Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed priced commercial purchase order to provide parking for employees that have a physical inability to traverse from any location other than the parking facility located at 801 I Street NW, Washington, DC. A sole source procurement will be issued to Colonial Parking, Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) -Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code for this procurement is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The size standard is $38.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and submit quotations by the closing date/time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
