X -- Parking

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) plans to enter into a sole source contract with Standard Parking to provide secure indoor parking for thirty-six government-owned vehicles at the ATF office located at 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA. The parking facility must be within one block of the office and provide access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The contract performance period is set from November 1, 2007, through March 31, 2008, and the award process will follow simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. The selected vendor must be registered in the Department of Defense's Central Contractor Registration database to enable electronic funds transfer. No solicitation documents or telephone inquiries will be accepted, with all communications directed to Contracting Officer James M. Huff via email or phone. The contract award is scheduled to occur after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on September 22, 2007, contingent upon the availability of funds. This arrangement is intended to ensure convenient, secure parking close to the ATF Seattle office to support agency operations effectively during the specified timeframe.
