The cost of moving, alterations, impact on VA_s mission and other variables to be determined by VA, will be considered in the relocation decision. Sahara Drive East: N. Martin Luther King Blvd. West: S. Decatur Blvd. Offeror_s must provide evidence that the properties submitted are outside of the 100-year flood plain.
