Synopsis: Notice of Intent The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical space in a building under lease in Morristown, TN. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Mountain Home, TN intends to expand the current Morristown CBOC lease with Lebel Commercial Realty LLC. to approximately 8,405 ABOMA square feet of clinical space and 20 parking spaces to support the Department of Veterans Affairs, Mountain Home, TN. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (authority 41 U.S.C. 253(C) (1)) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 531120, size standard $27.5 mil applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, if any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
