The proposal due date is hereby extended from May 21, 2026, 3PM CST to May 28, 2026, 3PM CST.
Would the agency consider an alternative lease term such as 20 Years Total, 10 years Firm? If not, 20 Years Total, would the agency consider 10 Years Total with 10 Years Firm? Per the RLP for this requirement, the VA is requesting a 10-year term, 5 years firm. Can the agency also re-evaluate the NSF and ABOA stated in the RLP and Program for Design to provide sufficient circulation and corridors?
VA is permitted to re-evaluate and adjust both ABOA and Gross square footage to accommodate sufficient circulation and corridor widths if applicable.
Would the agency please consider amending Lease Section 1.09 and 2.06 to allow for Real Estate Tax Adjustments?
As outlined in the RLP, this requirement does not include provisions for real estate tax adjustments. Can the agency confirm this project is exempt from seismic requirements IAW Seismic Form D Box 1?
