The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision and quality control to accomplish a construction project, Project 581-12-112, "Renovate Parking Garage? at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Work includes general construction to include but is not limited to demolition and renovation work, plumbing, electrical and mechanical in Parking Garage. Construction cost range is $250,000-$500,000. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 238120. Bid Bond is required. After award of contract, performance and payment bonds will be required. This procurement is a 100% total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS.
