The County of Santa Clara ("County") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors, including community-based organizations and non-profit organizations (tax-exempt status pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code), to provide evidence-based programming and case management services to eligible young adults who are supervised by Adult Probation within the Young Adult Deferred Entry of Judgment (YA-DEJ) program. The County reserves the right to pursue any and/or all ideas generated by this request.
This eRFP may result in single, or multiple awards. If an award is made, it is the County's intent to award a contract with an initial term of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
Proposers must register with Periscope Holdings ("Periscope") through www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g. Once registered, Proposers must follow Periscope's procedures for e-mail setup to receive electronic notifications about any changes, or updates, made to this eRFP.
