The contractor is required to provide comprehensive support for the erection, rental, and dismantling of prefabricated facilities and associated electrical distribution systems at Camp Asaka, Japan, in direct support of the Yama Sakura 91 bilateral military exercise. All work must be completed within a strictly defined timeline from June 1, 2026, through October 16, 2026, with distinct phases for construction, rental, and restoration. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver four prefabricated buildings including two large two-story structures, a full electrical system with generators and UPS units, air conditioning, signage, fire safety equipment, and temporary infrastructure, all subject to 100% inspection by the Government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative. The Electrical Distribution System must comply with stringent technical standards including NFPA 70, JEAC 8001, ITSEE, and JIS C 5381-12, with ground resistance measurements capped at 10 ohms except in designated areas where 25 ohms is permitted.
