Full Description
The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for Erection, Rental and Dismantling of Prefabricated Facilities to support bilateral exercise YS91 at Camp ASAKA.
Notes:
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
Note 2: Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional Japanese certification for the entire life of this contract.
- “2nd category Electrical Engineer’s License” (Dai Nishu Denki Koji-shi) and have a minimum of 5 years of field work experience. In addition, the engineer(s) involved in electrical work on private electrical facilities (Jikayou Dnki Kousaku Butsu) shall be qualified as “1st category Electrical Engineer’s License” (Dai Isshu Denki Koji-shi) or “Certified Electrician” (Nintei Denki Koji Jyujisya) IAW the Electrician’s Act (Denki Koji-Shi Hou).
