Some of the spare equipment being requested is not part of the base BOM. ANSWER: The spare equipment listed in the specifications are only for equipment being used as part of the base BOM. Specification Section 283100, Page 6-8: Please confirm that the requested guarantee period is to be 5 years as stated. 5 years will add a significant cost to the fire alarm price. ANSWER: The warranty period shall be based on the equipment manufacturer s actual warranty. Per sheet S-501 detail 5 the plans are calling for top, brace and bottom rails. In the specifications (32 31 13 chain link fences and gate) paragraph 2.2 line C fence frame work it is called as brace rails, top rail, bottom rail and intermediate rail. Please clarify if this is top, bottom, and brace or top, middle, and bottom fence. ANSWER: Top Rail is the top horizontal fence rail. Bottom rail is the bottom horizontal fence rail. Intermediate rail is the middle horizontal rail. Brace rail is a diagonal brace rail.
