NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Office of Facilities Acquisition, Eastern Region, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with V&C General Contractor, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide Design Build services for the renovation of the OR Corridor Exit Passageway project at the San Juan VA Medical Center located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 with a small business size Standard of $45 million. The authority for restricting competition on this requirement is 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program, which provides the authority to directly contract with an SDVOSB or a VOSB.
