NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Office of Facilities Acquisition, Eastern Region, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Project Management Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide Design Build services for the renovation of the 3rd Floor Corridor project at the San Juan VA Medical Center located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 with a small business size Standard of $45 million. The authority for restricting competition on this requirement is 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program, which provides the authority to directly contract with an SDVOSB or a VOSB. The decision to make a sole-source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Government. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes or proposals.
