The procurement focus is heavily concentrated in the construction and environmental services sectors. Primary technical expertise is centered on plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contracting, as well as water and sewer line and related structures construction. Additionally, the office manages requirements for remediation services, highway, street, and bridge construction, and commercial and institutional building construction.
