Nathean Stoner

Nathean Stoner serves as a primary procurement contact, managing acquisitions and supporting the agency's mission through the procurement of diverse goods and services. Regarding set-aside preferences, the procurement patterns show a significant emphasis on small business participation. Over a third of the activity is dedicated to Total Small Business Set-Asides, while a smaller percentage is allocated to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. A majority of the procurement activity remains open to non-set-aside and unrestricted competitions. The technical focus of these acquisitions is diverse, spanning several specialized industries. Key areas of procurement include finfish farming and fish hatcheries, security guards and patrol services, and testing laboratories. Additionally, there is a notable focus on industrial manufacturing, specifically regarding power, distribution, and specialty transformers, as well as relay and industrial control manufacturing.
