Without this specific infrastructure, the core value of the workshop would be lost, justifying the use of a sole source procurement under FAR 6.103-1. The period of performance extends from the date of award through February 8, 2027, and the contract is associated with the NAICS code 531120. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), requiring a valid Tax ID, CAGE code, and a Unique Entity Identifier, all obtainable at no cost through SAM.gov.
