Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Great Plains Area, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for HVAC Preventative Maintenance services for the following locations:
1. Standing Rock Hospital – Fort Yates, North Dakota
2. Great Plains Area Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) – Wakpala, South Dakota
The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Base plus Four (4) Option Year contract for comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, emergency response, and related mechanical system services.
Services include, but are not limited to:
• Preventative maintenance of AHUs, boilers, chillers, pumps, VAV boxes, and split systems
• Building Automation System (BAS)/JCI Metasys verification and maintenance
• Emergency HVAC repair response services
• Equipment inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting
• Coordination with facility personnel in occupied healthcare and treatment environments
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services in accordance with the attached Statements of Work and solicitation documents.
