The U.S. Army CECOM is seeking proposals for a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide major repairs, upgrades, and cleaning for Firefinder Line Printers received from Southwest Asia. The project involves a minimum of 5 units and a maximum of 17 units, with an estimated total value of approximately 26,000 dollars. All serviced units will be shipped to various CONUS addresses as specified in individual delivery orders. Due to a lack of sufficient technical data to source the services elsewhere, the government proposes a noncompetitive negotiation with RITEC of Simi Valley, California. While the agency is open to receiving proposals from other responsible sources, the contract may be awarded as a modification to an existing IDIQ agreement if no other responsive offerors are identified. The solicitation period lasts 15 days following the synopsis, with the final award expected six days after the closing date.
