Solicitation 16-2025BC04, titled Rock Some Mitchell, is a timber stumpage sale issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Forestry. The project covers 109 acres located on Cedar Mountain and Mill Run Roads in Elk Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The sale includes 1,176.25 MBF of sawtimber, primarily Red Oak and dead Red Oak, and 57.34 HCF of Northern Hardwood pulpwood.
