B2272 NEED WINDOW UNITS REPLACED . Long Desc: Window Units P00350 and P00351 There are 2 of these units in each room one room is 663sq feet and the other room is 1069sq feet. This space has been operating just fine from the time the building was built 1997 so I don’t think we need to reinvent the wheel here just need to replace the old bad units. I think they were replace once years ago also. Mission Impact: Risk of elevator rooms overheating without adequate cooling capacity. Window Unit Air Conditioners support the bank of Elevators in B and C Core in 2272. P00350 is in B Core and P00351 is in C Core. There is only one unit working in both rooms and elevator equipment is at risk to start to overheat and fail.
