The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville has issued a solicitation, 15B3181900000025, for the requirements of: 1st QUARTER FY20 - Dairy. FOB Destination, delivery will begin on October 1, 2019. Deliveries will be made to the 11070 Hwy 14, Attn: Food Service Warehouse, Aliceville, Alabama 35442. The contract type is firm -fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of quotes is on or before September 6, 2019, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations (Aug 2005) are included. NOTE: ALL ITEMS WILL BE PAID VIA Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) THIS QUARTER. NO PURCHASE CARD.
