Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Three Notch Road at Boynton Drive Traffic Circle will be received by the Owner at the Catoosa County Government Building, 800 Lafayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, August 20, 2026, The Project consists of the following major elements: Construction of a round-a-bout at the intersection of Three Notch Road at Boynton Drive, and all associated appurtenances for a complete installation. Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications, including bidding documents and requirements, and Contract Drawings may be examined at the offices of the Engineer, CTI Engineers, Inc., 1122 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402 (phone 423/267-7613, www.ctiengr.com). Copies may be obtained there upon payment of $100.00 for each set. This payment is not refundable. Bidders must be listed on Engineers list of plan holders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. Bidders must be listed on the GDOT Directory of Prequalified Contractors. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, contact person, and email address. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement. Catoosa County, Georgia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
