2026 C5ISR Industry Expo

The U.S. Army C5ISR Center is hosting a two-day, in-person Industry Expo at Aberdeen Proving Ground on August 25–26, 2026, to foster direct collaboration with industry partners on cutting-edge science and technology initiatives. The event is designed for active and prospective industry stakeholders, with no media allowed, and requires all attendees to be U.S. citizens. Participation is limited to five representatives per business entity based on CAGE Code, and registration opens June 15, 2026, through a dedicated website with no on-site or late substitutions permitted after August 17. The format includes structured presentations on critical S&T thrust areas on day one and a symposium-style expo on day two featuring C5ISR Center-led technology booths; industry participants will not receive space for their own demonstrations or displays. All attendees must complete a security verification process by August 17, either by submitting a Visit Authorization Request through DISS for access to classified sessions or by providing official proof of U.S. citizenship such as a passport or birth certificate. Those attending classified portions must also have a cleared Tier 3 Personnel Security Investigation. Access to detailed controlled technology attachments requires certification through the Joint Certification Program, with only the designated Data Custodian authorized to download and manage these documents. Attendees must carry photo identification on both days, and failure to complete registration or verification will result in denial of entry. The event is strictly an engagement opportunity with no binding procurement commitment, and a post-event survey will be distributed to gather feedback.
