IMPACT: The secure annexes of Building 365 are not ICD-705 compliant to support DSSC-5 fielding. The Intelligence Community (IC) Technical Specifications set forth the physical and technical security specifications and best practices for meeting standards of Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-01 (Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities). Building 365 annexes must be brought up to the technical standards required to comply with the Intelligence Community Directive ICD-705 (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) and IEEE 299 testing. 5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work includes but is not limited to having a qualified security specialist conduct a comprehensive inspection of all secure areas within Building 365 and determine exactly what building modifications are necessary in order to bring this facility into full compliance with the Intelligence Community Directive ICD-705 (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) and IEEE 299 (standard method for measuring the effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding enclosures). The facility annexes should meet 80dB of RF attenuation in accordance with IEEE 299 Testing and all ICD 705 Technical Specification requirements for the following building components and any other requirements not listed: (a) Perimeter wall construction. (b) Radio Frequency (RF) protection for perimeter walls. (c) Vault construction. (d) Reinforced concrete construction. (e) ...
