The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call communication tower inspections, assessments, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and storm-related services for communication tower sites supporting critical public safety communications infrastructure.
