Full Description
The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor at fixed, agreed-upon contract rates, allowing CEMA to request routine, corrective, emergency, and storm-related tower services on an as-needed basis without requiring a separate quotation process for each individual service request.
The resulting contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, subject to mutual agreement and County approval.
