26-065 ¿ Quarterly Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services and Non-scheduled Repair Services for Five (5) Manitowoc Ice Machines at the DMV Headquarters and the DMV Sacramento Depot Call Center locations. The services shall be performed at: A. DMV Headquarters 2415 First Avenue Sacramento, CA 95818. (2). 2570 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95818. B. DMV Sacramento Depot Call Center 8251 Demetre Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95828 Purpose and Description of Services A. Quarterly preventative maintenance and inspection services and non-scheduled repair services for five (5) Manitowoc ice machines at the DMV Headquarters and the DMV Sacramento Depot Call Center locations. Term: Twenty-Four (24) months with a DMV option to extend for twelve (12) months additional (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).
