The Illinois Housing Development Authority has entered into an agreement with CHAM for the delivery of the Asset Management Fundamentals (AM290) training course. The course is designed for up to 35 IHDA staff members and serves as the second part of a three-part series required to earn the Asset Management Specialist Certificate. All participants must complete the prerequisite Nuts and Bolts of Asset Management (AM121) course by January 23, 2026. This contract is subject to the availability of funds and may be partially or totally funded by federal sources. The agreement is governed by the standard terms and conditions of the State of Illinois, requiring the vendor to maintain worker's compensation insurance, adhere to prevailing wage laws, and maintain strict confidentiality of state information. Invoicing is generally required upon completion of the contract, with a deadline of July 31 for any services performed through June 30 of the calendar year.
