The City of Augusta’s Utilities Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide janitorial services across five distinct locations beginning January 1, 2027, with work scheduled to meet specific operational timelines and square footage requirements. Services are divided between office and facility spaces at 1840 Wylds Road, including 3,000 square feet of office space and 1,300 square feet of locate building and warehouse offices, both requiring daily cleaning Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. A third site at 2869 Central Avenue involves cleaning common areas totaling 3,742 square feet, with services limited to two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Additional locations include Building 200 on Dorsey Drive at Fort Eisenhower, spanning 3,800 square feet with Monday through Friday post-5:00 p.m. service, and the Fort Eisenhower Water Plant, a 1,000-square-foot facility requiring cleaning two days per week between Monday and Friday after 5:00 p.m. Vendors servicing Fort Eisenhower locations must comply with strict security protocols established by the installation.
