Full Description

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Procurement Services (PS) section will administer the procurement process for this Solicitation, which includes Solicitation publication, handling of communications from Respondents, as well as managing the receipt of Responses for review and evaluation. Information regarding TWC and its programs is available online and can currently be accessed at www.twc.texas.gov. TWC is seeking twenty (20) sleeping rooms for working staff, food, and meeting space. This is for: Three one-day Texas Conference for Employers to be held in San Antonio, Arlington and Marble Falls. Dates for San Antonio 2027 will be in January or February 2027, Marble Falls February 2027, and Arlington in April of 2027. Attendance will range from 350-600 depending on location. One two-day Texas Conference for Employers to be held in Houston, TX in July 2027 for 600-800 people.
