NATURE OF REQUIREMENT
This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream #6- Glass Reinforced Plastic – Equal to or less than 6 Meters Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for 18 SOLAS vessels and trailers for delivery to the British Columbia region 14 months after contract award. There is an option for six additional vessels Only suppliers holding an existing Small Boat Supply Arrangement (SA Holders) are eligible to compete for this requirement. The solicitation documents will be e-mailed directly to the eligible SA Holders. For new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on Canada Buys (RFSA- SMALL BOATS - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys). This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
