Bid Writing Coaching for Small Businesses
For this ITB, Metro offers free coaching for interested small businesses. Firms must state that they’re a small business owner. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about how to respond to this ITB and understanding the ITB requirements. Any interested small firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 21, 2026 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
